Tristan Patience is a BA Communications graduate from Cape Town with a love for connecting with people and helping them find their perfect career fit. After working in retail for two years, Tristan discovered a passion for working closely with people and knew that a future in HR was the right path.

She loves the challenge of finding the right CV’s and feels most fulfilled when hearing how happy and excited candidates are after interviews and when receiving their offers.

When not working, Tristan enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her two dogs — a cheeky Yorkie and a loyal German Shepherd.
