Candice Bambie is someone who turned her love for people and organized chaos into a career in recruitment. She is currently working on her Honours in Human Resource Management—because apparently, “relaxing” isn’t in her vocabulary.

Her journey into recruitment was accidental but not regrettable. It was kind of like signing up for a free trial and forgetting to cancel, only to realise you actually love it. There’s something oddly satisfying about seeing someone land a role they didn’t think they’d get – and knowing you helped make it happen.

Candice is passionate about real connections, honest conversations, and never sending a “just touching base” email unless she absolutely must.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her exploring the Cape’s most overpriced food markets, hunting down underrated lunch spots, and living by the motto: food tastes better when you didn’t have to pay for it.
